I understand that this event is a demanding endurance challenge involving risks, including fatigue, injury, uneven or slippery surfaces, darkness, adverse weather and proximity to water. I accept the inherent risks of participation and responsibility for preparing appropriately, carrying the mandatory equipment and making safe decisions throughout the event.

I agree to follow the event rules and reasonable instructions from the organisers and marshals. I remain responsible for checking that road crossings and other movements are safe.

Nothing in this declaration excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

I have read and agree to the Canalrace C.I.C Terms and Conditions, including the entry, cancellation and refund provisions, and agree to follow the event rules.
