Street O - Kennington/Oval

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct.  Orienteering is an adventure sport.  A comprehensive risk assessment for the event has been prepared and identified risks have been mitigated, however please be aware that participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.  The event crosses roads and therefore under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Participants who are not members of British Orienteering are not covered by British Orienteering’s public liability insurance. By entering this event, I acknowledge that I am taking part at my own risk. For example, if you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property during the event, you would not be covered.

I agree that you may publish our Personal Information as part of the results of the Event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not be limited to) name, any club affiliation, race times and age category.

Anyone who has symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend.

Refunds
SLOW will offer a full refund to anyone who needs to withdraw their entry because they or a member of their household has COVID-19 symptoms.  If SLOW needs to cancel the event it will offer a refund of the entry fee, less the admin charge imposed by the entry system provider

Entry Deferrment/ Credit

You can Defer your entry with a full Credit - available until Wednesday 8th September 2027. After that time the option to Defer with Credit will no longer be available.

This credit can be used for any events or memberships organised by South London Orienteers. It can be used for entries made for whoever paid for the original entry or any friends and family members they have registered with SiEntries. It can be used to pay for entry fees, but not for any event extras or add-ons. Once used, it cannot be refunded.

You may redeem the credit awarded by this process up until its expiry date (Wednesday 8th September 2027).

PLEASE NOTE: A successful Deferment is NOT a guarantee of an entry to an event.
