Looe 10 Miler 2028

By entering this race, I accept the following terms on behalf of myself and those whom I am entering:

• The race will be held under Association of Running Clubs (ARC) rules.
• Entrants must follow the race rules and obey the directions of race officials, marshals and medical personnel at all times. Race officials and medical personnel reserve the right to withdraw any participant they consider to be acting dangerously or unfit to continue.
• Entrants must be 17 years of age or older on race day.
• Race numbers must not be exchanged or given to another runner except through the official entry transfer process. Any runner competing using another person's race number without an authorised transfer may be disqualified.
• Refunds are not available for withdrawals.
• If you are unable to take part due to injury, you may defer your place to the following year’s Looe 10 Miler. Alternatively, you may transfer your entry to another runner. Transfers must be completed, and deferrals requested, by 23:59 on Friday 26th February 2027. No transfers or deferrals will be accepted after this deadline.
• To request a deferral, please email [email protected] with your name and entry details. A deferral is not confirmed until you have received confirmation from the race organisers.
• If the event has to be cancelled, postponed or materially changed because of circumstances outside the organisers' reasonable control, refunds may not be available, subject to any applicable statutory rights.
• The race organisers, sponsors, charities, suppliers and/or their agents will not be liable for injury, loss or expense arising from participation in the event, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from negligence where applicable.
• All runners must provide any requested emergency contact and relevant medical information. Participants are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and up to date.
• Prams, buggies, wheelchairs and dogs are not permitted on the course.
• The use of earphones, headphones or earbuds, including bone-conduction headphones, during the race is prohibited. Any runner who fails to comply may be disqualified and may not receive an official finishing time.
