TVOC Saturday Series - Wittenham Clumps

I accept TVOC's Entry Terms and Conditions, and the following terms for my own entry. I also accept these terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them.

I agree to comply with the following:

• Respect the ethos of fairness in orienteering. This is more than just participating within British Orienteering’s Rules – it also incorporates the concepts of friendship, respect for others and always participating with the right spirit.
• Respect the rights, dignity and worth of others.
• Conduct myself in a manner that takes all reasonable measures to protect my own safety and the safety of others.
• Promote the reputation of orienteering and take all possible steps to prevent the sport from being brought into disrepute.
• Protect myself and others involved in orienteering from verbal or physical abuse and threatening or intimidating behaviour.
• Not use inappropriate language or gestures.

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct.  Orienteering is an adventure sport.  A comprehensive risk assessment for the event has been prepared and identified risks have been mitigated, however please be aware that participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.  Please also take care when encountering features such as steps, walls and slopes that could be slippery if wet.  Parents are responsible for their children and advice is available on request about what courses may be suitable.

I agree that you may publish our Personal Information as part of the results of the Event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not be limited to) name, any club affiliation, race times and age category.
