Longridge Daylight 10k Trail Run

I accept the following terms for my own entry.

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older on the date of the event. Entry is restricted to participants aged 18 and over.

I understand that sections of the route are off-road and may include uneven, muddy or slippery ground. Trail running shoes with appropriate grip are required. I accept responsibility for ensuring I am suitably equipped for the conditions.

I understand that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards, including uneven terrain, obstacles, other participants, pedestrians, livestock, vehicles and weather conditions. I agree to proceed in a safe and responsible manner at all times.

Dogs are not permitted to accompany participants on this event.

Where the route uses public roads, footpaths or crossings, these are not closed to traffic. I acknowledge that marshals are present only to indicate direction and provide guidance only. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and must decide whether it is safe to proceed at any road crossing or junction.

This is a community Trail run and not a competitive race. There will be no official finishing times or race positions recorded.

I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the promoter, promoting club, event sponsor(s), landowners or any member or volunteer of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me in connection with the event, however caused.

I consent to the publication of my name and club (if applicable) in pre-entry lists and to the use of photographs or video footage taken during the event for promotional purposes.
