I accept that there are inherent risks involved in snowsports. I agree to participate within my capability and with suitable, correctly adjusted equipment, to ensure my safety and the safety of other participants. I accept full responsibility for my safety and release The Weardale Ski Club, its members, agents, or any person connected with the club from all liability for any injuries or damages whatsoever arising from my participation in the activities of the club. I accept that The Weardale Ski Club does not provide any supervision of the snowsports activities.

I understand that I am accepting this disclaimer on behalf of myself and others for whom I am administering their membership.

I agree that my personal details may be stored for the purposes of administering The Weardale Ski Club.
