Roly's Run

This race is held under 'UK Athletics' rules. In particular dogs may not join competitors on the route, and runners must be 17 years of age or over to run the 15 mile event,  18 years of age or over to run the 20 mile event, and 20 years of age or over to run the 40 mile event.

By entering this event, I agree that I will take part on the day only if I am in good health and will undertake adequate training for the distance I am running or walking.

I understand that the organisers will take reasonable steps to promote my safety and that I must comply with all instructions given by the race organisers, marshals, and medical staff, and I consent to receiving medical treatment if necessary. I accept that the organisers may withdraw me from the event for safety reasons.

I consent to the organisers storing my personal data for event administration purposes and contacting me about future events. I also consent to the use of photographs or video taken during the event for publicity and promotional purposes. I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting the organisers.

If the event cannot take place as planned due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control, we reserve the right to postpone, alter, relocate, or cancel the event. Where possible, we will first seek to arrange an alternative date, route, or venue, depending on the circumstances, and entries will normally be transferred to the rearranged event. In such a case, we will keep entrants informed and provide details of any available options as soon as reasonably practicable.
