Queen’s Park Athletics Club Membership

I hereby apply for club membership of Queen’s Park Athletics Club and agree to abide by the club constitution and policies, and the regulations of Scottish Athletics. 

I give permission for Queen’s Park Athletics Club to store my details digitally in accordance with the club constitution and privacy policy, and to communicate with me on any matters relating to club business.

Anyone taking part in club activities do so at their own risk and are responsible for their own actions.

I will inform coaches of any relevant health problems, at the beginning of each club training session.
