By entering, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that the Dog Obstacle Course Race (OCR) involves physical challenges for both myself and my dog, including obstacles that may require going over, under, and through various structures and terrain.
2. I understand that participating in the 2.5k or 5k race carries inherent risks of injury to both humans and dogs. Potential injuries may include, but are not limited to, slips, falls, scrapes, strains, collisions, or other unforeseen accidents.
3. I confirm that I am solely responsible for determining whether I and my dog are physically fit and capable of safely participating in this event.
4. I agree that I am taking part voluntarily and entirely at my own risk.
5. I accept full responsibility for any injury, accident, damage, or loss that may occur to myself, my dog, or my personal property during the event.
6. I understand that the event organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue owners assume no liability for any injury or damages arising from participation in this event.
7. I agree to follow all event rules and instructions given by event staff, and I will ensure my dog is under control at all times.
8. I consent to basic first aid being provided to myself or my dog if necessary.
9. I give permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.
