I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them: 

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct.

Entrants assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur while travelling to or from the event, during the event, or while on the premises/grounds of the event.

Entrants are assumed to be aware of all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effect of weather, traffic, and conditions of the road/surface.

Entrants, hereby waive, release and forever discharge the event organisers (Ballymena Runners), sponsors, promoters, and each of their agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and all other persons associated with the event, for all their liabilities, claims, actions, or damages that may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in this event.

Entrants understand that this waiver includes any claims, whether caused by negligence, the action or inaction of any of the above parties, or otherwise.

Entrants grant full permission to any and all of the above parties to use any photographs, video recordings, website images, or any other record of this event.

Entrants must bring appropriate high-visibility running clothing for running in the weather conditions on the day. This will include appropriate footwear, a waterproof jacket, a hat and gloves on them or carried.
