Deepdale Dash 5 Miler (not-for-profit fundraiser St. Teresa’s Hospice)

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:
I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct.

I understand and agree that I participate in this event at my own risk and that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards.

I am aware that the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide if the movement is safe.
I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the promoter, marshals, promoting club or member of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me or by reason of the event, however caused.

This is a charity fundraiser event and money from an un-used race entry will be donated to St. Teresa’s Hospice. 

The event will go ahead if there is typical winter weather anticipated on race day. Should any extremes of weather be anticipated, the race will be deferred to a later date and further details of options will be provided to each participant.

Entry Rules:
By accepting the terms of this event, you agree to abide by the following rules:
No dogs will be taken around the course
No littering
No gates left open (unless managed by a course marshal)
No disrespectful behaviour
All participants must report back to the race organisers at the Finish of the race whether the course is completed or not.
