Waiver:

I understand that this event is a potentially hazardous activity. I confirm that I am medically able and physically fit to participate. Any decision of movement and direction as my own and I take responsibility for it.

In consideration of your accepting this entry, I am legally bound, and waive and release any  all claims I may have against Beyond Marathon ltd, and their owners,employees, volunteers, representatives, for any and all injuries or loss suffered by me during participation in this event. I hereby grant permission to Beyond Marathon Ltd, and any other sponsors of this program to use any record containing my image or  likeness for any purpose including advertisement of future events on any media.

Refund Policy and Rules
Up to 7-days before the event, you can transfer your place to person that you find yourself. Transfer using substitution function.  Merchandise will be transferred to the substituted runner.

• No refunds are possible unless the event is cancelled.
• No deferrals are permitted for any reason
