Shropshire Way 80K Festival

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct. I understand and agree that I participate in this event at my own risk and that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards.  I am aware that the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide if the movement is safe. I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the promoter, promoting club, meeting sponsor(s) or member of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me on or by reason of the event, however caused.

I have read and agree to be bound by the event's cancellation policy - details below.

I consent to publication of my name, club, race category, race number, finishing time and race position in race pre-entry and results lists.

Cancellation, Withdrawal, Alteration Deferral and Transfer Policy 2026

Here are your options if you need to cancel your entry.

Up to 6 weeks ahead of the event (This year 09.00 on Saturday, 7th March)

·         You can withdraw your entry and get a refund. This refund is subject to a £5.00 fee to cover charges levied by SI Entries which we cannot recover.

·         You can change courses. If you are upgrading, you simply pay the fee difference. If you are downgrading, we can give you a refund of the difference, minus a £5.00 fee to cover charges levied by SI Entries.

·         You can defer your entry until next year. This is subject to a £5.00 handling charge.

 

Between 6 weeks and 2 weeks ahead of the event (This year 09.00 on Saturday, 4th April)

·         You can withdraw your entry and get a 50% refund on your booking fee

·         You can make alterations to routes. If you are upgrading, you simply pay the fee difference. If you are downgrading, we can give you a refund of the difference, minus a £5.00 fee to cover charges levied by SI Entries

·         There are no deferrals

 

Less than two weeks before the event (After 09.00 on Saturday, 4th April)

All funds are fully committed and we can no longer offer any alterations to bookings, refunds, deferrals or transfers for any reason.

Requests made by other channels or after the deadlines will not be recognised.
