  • In the unlikely event, a speaker change was required, I understand that a substitute speaker of similar standing in the ultra world will be brought in if at all possible 
  • In the unlikely situation the event is cancelled (eg. bad weather) , I agree that there will be no refund of entry fee as KCAC will continue to pass 100% of entry fees to Calder Valley Search & Rescue Team ( KCAC will cover the minor venue costs).
  • I understand that some photographs or video may be taken at the event. I consent to my image or that of any under 18's that I am purchasing a ticket for being used with regard to reporting on the event on social media or other news outlets.
