Southern Cycle Saunter

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them. If I am under sixteen years of age, I confirm I am entering with and will be accompanied by a responsible person over sixteen.

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct. I understand and agree that I participate in this event at my own risk and that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards.

I am aware that there are marshalled checkpoints where my progress is monitored, refreshments are offered and a first aid kit is available.  If I feel it necessary to retire, or if I have arrived at a time that the marshals consider too late to continue the route, transport back to Lingfield can be arranged. (If retiring, I should do so at a checkpoint if possible.)

 A compass, map case, appropriate clothing, sensible footwear, waterproofs and some high energy food are recommended. It is also advisable to bring a bottle of water to avoid dehydration. 

Dogs aren't allowed as this would contravene the Highway Code.

I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the promoter, promoting club or member of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me on or by reason of the event, however caused.

I consent to publication of my name, club, distance entered, entry number, finishing time and position, in the event's pre-entry and results lists.
