If you retire for any reason, you must inform an event official, so we know you are safe.
No rider may use another riders event number.
All instructions given by event officials must be observed.
Every rider is responsible for themselves and their equipment and must wear a helmet.
Feed and water stations will be available along the route, but all riders should carry sufficient food to complete the course.
The organisers reserve the right to make any changes to the event according to any safety issues, government laws or other unforeseen circumstances.
Every rider assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages from participating in this event.
The rider recognises and understands that the activities my be hazardous, that participating is solely at their own risk and that the rider assumes full responsibility for any resulting injuries and damages that may occur.
Every rider affirms they are in good health, declining are physically fit and capable of participating in this event.
I am aware that when riding in a event and particularly when riding on the public highway the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide if the movement is safe.
I am aware that I must abide by the Highway Code at all times when riding on the public road.
Cancellation of the event by organisers
In event of the event being cancelled we will refund less any administration fees.
If the event is cancelled due to adverse or dangerous conditions any time after closing of entry, we will refund a percentage of the entry fee taking into account any outlaid costs.
This is not a race. You must ride in a safe and courteous manner, you must ride in control at all times and at safe speeds including on all descents.
On the return leg from Corrimony if any rider is causing concern to the organisers they will be encouraged to return to Drumnadrochit via the main road.
