Winter X

This race is held under 'UK Athletics' rules. In particular: no dogs may join competitors on the route; runners must be 16+ to take part in the 10km event,  18+ to take part in the 30km event, and 20 years of age or over to run the 50 / 70km events.

By entering this event, I agree that I will take part on the day only if I am in good health and will undertake adequate training for the distance I am running or walking. 

I understand that the organisers will take reasonable steps to promote my safety and that I must comply with all instructions given by the race organisers, marshals, and medical staff, and I consent to receiving medical treatment if necessary. I accept that the organisers may withdraw me from the event for safety reasons.

I consent to the organisers storing my personal data for event administration purposes and contacting me about future events. I also consent to the use of photographs or video taken during the event for publicity and promotional purposes. I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting the organisers.
