I agree that I enter at my own risk and take full responsibility for my safety and actions during the event. I therefore do not hold Collective 3 Consultancy Ltd or any of its agents responsible for any damage or injury sustained to me or my property during the event.

Refunds and Transfers:

• Refund and Transfer requests must be made via email to [email protected]. No other forms of communication will be actioned. We do not resell or reallocate places in our events.
• In the event of a cancellation within 6 weeks of the event opening date, a refund of the entry fee minus £45 per person will be given. Please note that we cannot offer any refund for any reason if you cancel 10 weeks or less before the event date.
• In the event of a cancellation after 6 weeks from the opening date and more than 8 weeks before the event date, a refund of the entry fee minus £55 per person will be given. Please note that we cannot offer any refund for any reason if you cancel 10 weeks or less before the event date.
• Up to 10 weeks before the event date, competitors can transfer their entry to a future event of the same value for £30, however they will forfeit any opportunity of a refund for either event.
• Up to 10 weeks before the event, subsequent transfers can be made to a future event of the same value for a £30 fee, plus any increase in the entry fee.
• All transfer requests within 10 to 2 weeks of the event date will be subject to a £55 fee.
• Transfer requests submitted between 2 weeks and 3 days before the event will incur a £65 fee.
• All deferral fees must be paid no later than 3 days before the event date and the organisers must be notified by email, or the deferral will not be processed.
• No refunds or deferrals can, or will be made once the event is underway or has taken place.

Entries are not transferable to another person for any reason and we do not resell or reallocate places in our events.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any last minute refund or transfer requests, whether by email or telephone, that occur due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. injury, accidents or family emergencies.

You may be able to make a claim if you purchased SiEntries refund protect insurance through your SiEntries account.

By signing up for this event you agree that you are fit to enter and have no known medical conditions that will affect your participation.

Competitors using SPORTident timing cards or GPRS Trackers assume responsibility for the card/tracker until it is returned. Any loss or damage will result in the cost being charged to the competitor (charges can be viewed on the website). C3C  Ltd advises competitors that the security of Si Cards/Tracker Units resides with the competitor.

Photography and filming:
During our events there will be photographers and on occasion, film crews. By entering our events you consent that images of yourself may be used to promote C3C Ltd's events and/or its sponsors and partners.

Results:

C3C Ltd will use its best endeavours to provide a finish time for each participant; however, it cannot be held responsible for any computer anomalies or technical malfunctions.

Refunds, Transfers, Substitutions, Deferrals:

In the event of Government restrictions or Force Majeure forcing a cancellation up to 10 weeks before the race date, we are not able to offer refunds, transfers, substitutions or deferrals for any reason. Insurance is either unavailable or the costs to cover losses after this point are prohibitive.
