Event Disclaimer:

The Headstock 200 is a multi-day, mixed terrain, self-supported bikepacking event exclusively for participants over 18 years old. By registering and participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to accidents, injury, illness, and property damage. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your health, safety, and well-being during the event, and release the organisers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from your participation.

Participants must be physically fit, self-sufficient, and adhere to all event rules and regulations. Please be aware that the event may be modified, postponed, or cancelled due to weather conditions or safety concerns. Personal liability insurance is mandatory for all participants, and additional waivers may be required prior to participation.

By registering for the Headstock 200, you acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer in its entirety. You further certify that you are physically fit and well at the time of the event, and understand the inherent risks associated with a self-supported, multi-day, mixed terrain cycling event.

Refund Policy:

1. Xcover Refund Protection: We offer refund protection via Xcover for cases of illness, injury, and unforeseen circumstances.

2. Refunds: Entry purchases are non-refundable. However, transfers to another participant are permitted up to 4 weeks before the event start date. Please contact us directly for transfer inquiries.

3. Tracker Refunds: Tracking device purchases are non-refundable.

4. Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial or full refunds under any circumstances.
