The Black Mountains Challenge is an ultra-cycling, self-supported bike packing event for participants over 18 years old. By registering and participating, you assume all risks including accidents, injury, illness, and property damage. You are solely responsible for your health and safety, releasing organisers from any claims.

Participants must be self-sufficient and adhere to event rules. The event may be modified or cancelled due to weather or safety concerns. Personal liability insurance is required, and additional waivers may be necessary.

Refund Policy:

1. Xcover Refund Protection: We offer refund protection via Xcover for illness, injury, and unforeseen circumstances.

2. Refunds: Entry purchases are non-refundable. Transfers to another participant are possible up to 8 weeks before the event start date. Contact us for transfer inquiries.

3. Tracker Refunds: Tracking device purchases are non-refundable.

4. Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial or full refunds.
