I have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions of Entry to the Bolly Skyline:

  1. General Conditions

I accept the following Terms and Conditions for my own entry. I also accept the Terms and Conditions on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these Terms and Conditions and accept them.

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct. I understand and agree that I participate in this event at my own risk, that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards and that I must ride in a manner which is safe for myself and all others.

I am aware that when riding in an event and particularly when riding on a public highway the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide if the movement is safe.

I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to any of the Organisers, Landowners, Promoters, Sponsors or Bolly Skyline Officials in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me on or by reason of the event, however caused.

I consent to publication of my name, club, race category, race number, finishing time and race position in race pre-entry and results lists.

  2. Medical Guidelines

In common with other mountain biking events, the Bolly Skyline requires physical exertion; hence, participants must ensure fitness and good health. If there are concerns regarding medical conditions that might be affected by physical activity, participants should seek medical advice before participation.

The Bolly Skyline, like other mountain bike enduros, involves a certain amount of technical difficulty. Participants should not ride any part of the route that is beyond their competence. There are chicken runs to some tricky sections, but the choice to ride any part of the course is at the discretion of the participant.

By entering, participants affirm their fitness and take responsibility for their health. Participants should inform the medical team about any special conditions or allergies. Please note down any special medical conditions clearly on the back of your number board. Medical information may need to be shared with the event team.
