  2. I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical condition that may cause undue concern or inconvenience to others. I confirm that I participate at my own risk and that no liability is accepted by the organisers for injury, damage or loss sustained by me before, during, or after the event.
  3. All entrants must wear or carry appropriate clothing, waterproofs and footwear for an event of this nature.
  4. Entrants must carry a mug as none will be available at checkpoints.
  5. All entrants must carry details of the route (i.e. Route Description, Maps, GPX).
  6. All entrants must have completed the route by 20:00. There are also Checkpoint closing times which must be met. To enable us to clear the hall the kitchen at the finish will shut at 19:30.
  7. Entrants must retire if requested to do so by any official or marshal if, in their opinion, the entrant would be unable to complete the course within the time limit, or cannot pass through a checkpoint before it is due to close or is unfit to continue.
  8. It is each entrant's responsibility to be recorded appropriately at all checkpoints.
  9. Entrants should retire only at a checkpoint if possible and ensure that any retirement is reported to an official or marshal.
