These  ‘Terms and Conditions’ are here to ensure small park BIG RUN are able to provide participants with a safe and enjoyable event. By progressing through the application process you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Please read the following carefully.

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and conditions.

I declare that the information on the registration form is complete and correct.

I understand and agree that I participate in this event at my own risk and that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards.  

I have looked at guidelines on the government COVID website and am happy that my activity conforms to the latest advice

I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the organisers, sponsors or partners in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me on or by reason of the event, however caused.

I agree to ensure that any children in my care who are participating in small park BIG RUN, if under 11 they will be in my sight at all times and if over 11 and under 16 will take part independently only if they have my permission to do so.

I agree that small park BIG RUN can send me their newsletter or contact me via email or phone if required.
