Ultra Tour Yorkshire Dales 50k (UTYD)

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct. I understand and agree that I participate in this event at my own risk and that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards.  I am aware that the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide if the movement is safe. I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the promoter, promoting club, meeting sponsor(s) or member of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me on or by reason of the event, however caused.

I agree that my registration/ticket purchase is non-refundable if I choose not to attend at any time, for any reason.

I have read the terms and conditions on the Due North Website.

Due to poor/unsafe weather conditions, route changes and restrictions may be enforced last minute. Notice of this will be announced at the soonest opportunity, at or before registration and in some cases, during the event. Participants must follow the latest instructions given by event staff, failure to do so will lead to disqualification and you may be asked to return to race HQ to hand in your tracker and retire immediately. 

Due to the nature of this event and the time of year, if the event is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, refunds will be for just 80% of entry fee due to costs incurred. Please consider the insurance add on when entering on SiEntries.

If the event can go ahead but with variations to the route, no refunds will be offered.
