I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

I agree to abide by the rules of the event and to observe the Country code at all times.
I have sufficient knowledge, experience, equipment and navigational skills to take part in a long distance walk/run in all conditions.
I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical condition that may cause undue concern or inconvenience to others.
I confirm that I participate at my own risk and that no liability is accepted by the organisers for injury, damage or loss sustained by me before, during or after the event.
I understand that particular rules may apply to entrants taking part in this event and I undertake to make myself aware of those rules before I start.

The 23 mile route is restricted to ages 13+

16-17 year olds if unaccompanied must provide a parental/guardian consent form. Please download, print and complete the form and bring it with you to the event.

All juniors aged 15 or younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
