Terms and conditions of Entry

I agree to Ashby 20 terms & conditions, which include details of my cancellation rights.  No swaps or deferrals are allowed.  Withdrawal with refund (minus £5 admin fee) is available until February 4th. 

I agree to the cut off time of 2hr20 mins at Packington, and understand that this equates to a finish time of approximately 4hr45min.  I understand that I may be withdrawn from the race for my own safety and that of the marshals if my running time exceeds that of the road closures.

I understand Ashby 20 organisers reserve the right to delay, postpone, cancel, or not officially time the race in the event of adverse weather conditions or other events outside Ashby 20 organisers control.  The determination of what constitutes this is reserved solely to Ashby 20 organisers.  Entry fees are non-deferrable and non-transferable, even in the case of event cancellation. In event of Ashby20 organisers cancellation, £5 of entry fee is non-recoverable administration fee and will not be refundable.

I agree that Ashby 20 can use my details to contact me and may share them with organisations associated with the race.

I agree to abide by the rules of UK Athletics and the event. I understand that I enter the race at my own risk and that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to myself, prior to, during or after the event. I understand Ashby 20 organisers reserve the right to alter the arrangements and conditions should circumstances require.
