This is a tough event, so by entering you are declaring that you have considered the physical demands that this event requires and know of no medical reason why you shouldn't take part.  Be Your Adventures will not be held responsible for any illness or injury that arises during the event, that is outside of our limit of liability. You should ride to your abilities, and not take any unnecessary risks during this event.

We also request that all riders have their own personal liability insurance.  If you are a member of Cycling UK or British Cycling, then you may be covered, but please check.  We will ask to see a copy of your insurance before the event starts.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind, although you can substitute your place to another rider as long as you give us one week’s notice. You can purchase Refund Protection from SiEntries when you enter which covers a range of scenarios if you wish.

Our Covid Policy is that an option of a partial refund/discounted entry to another event may be considered should Government Policy mean that we are unable to hold the event.
