Exe to Axe Walks

I accept the hazards inherent in this challenge and acknowledge that I am walking this at my own risk. I confirm that I am aware of the rules imposed on me by the challenge organisers and that I will comply with them. I agree to observe the Country Code. I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for determining whether I have the skills, equipment and fitness to participate in this event. I understand that the walk is on the Coast Path, public rights of way footpaths and the ground will be uneven and slippery at times and appropriate care needs to be taken. I am also aware that the route crosses public roads and I have to be aware of motor vehicles and bicycles when walking on or crossing them.

I accept that neither the challenge organisers nor the Association of Running Clubs (ARC) shall be liable to me for any injury, loss or damage of any nature to me or my property arising out of my participation in this challenge. I consent to publication of my name, club, challenge number, finishing time and results lists. I also consent to the publication of photographs and video of the challenge.
