Wildest Peaks Trail Run

I understand that this race is held in accordance with the rules, regulations and safety requirements of UK Athletics http://www.britishathletics.org.uk/governance/ plus those of Dark & White Events. I confirm that I am aware of the organiser’s information and requirements in connection with this race. I accept the hazards involved in trail running and acknowledge that I am entering and running this race at my own risk. Other than the organiser’s liability for causing death or personal injury by negligence, I confirm that I understand that the organiser accepts no liability to me for any loss or damage of any nature to myself or my property arising out of my participation in this race.

I understand that this event takes place in the middle of winter on high level moorlands of the Peak District National Park and there is strong likely hood of having to participate in cold wintery conditions (freezing). I understand that I am required to carry all the compulsory kit as detailed on the website.

I understand that in the event of severe conditions that the organiser may at short notice either shorten/change the course or postponed the event for safety concerns for both participants and event marshals. In the case of needing to postpone the event all entries will automatically be transferred over to a new date and those unable to attend provided the options of what to do via email.
