Shropshire Way 80K Festival

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct. I understand and agree that I participate in this event at my own risk and that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards.  I am aware that the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide if the movement is safe. I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the promoter, promoting club, meeting sponsor(s) or member of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me on or by reason of the event, however caused.

I have read and agree to be bound by the event's cancellation policy - details below.

I consent to publication of my name, club, race category, race number, finishing time and race position in race pre-entry and results lists.

Cancellation, Withdrawal, Alteration Deferral and Transfer Policy 2023

If you enter any of our events on the SW80K Festival, we offer you a range of options if you need to cancel your entry.

Up to 1 month ahead of the event (09.00 on Friday, March 3^rd)

1. You can withdraw your entry and get a refund. This refund is subject to a £5.00 fee to cover charges levied by SiEntries which we cannot recover.
2. You can change courses. If you are upgrading, you simply pay the fee difference. If you are downgrading, we can give you a refund of the difference, minus a £5.00 fee to cover charges levied by SiEntries
3. You may defer your entry for the following year. This option is free.
4. You can transfer your booking to someone else. This option is free. In order to do this, you need to log into your SiEntries account, go to the My Entries screen and click on the "Edit" Button. Next "Edit / Substitute" the person you want to substitute out and select the "Substitute" option. You can view the substitution help topic by clicking here.
   You will need to agree with the transferee how you arrange transfer of funds. We will not take part in any negotiations of this nature.

Between 1 month and 2 weeks ahead of the event (09.00 on Friday March 17^th)

1. You can withdraw your entry and get a 50% refund on your booking fee
2. You can make alterations to routes. If you are upgrading, you simply pay the fee difference. If you are downgrading, we can give you a refund of the difference, minus a £5.00 fee to cover charges levied by SiEntries
3. You may defer your entry for the following year. This option is free.

Less than two weeks before the event (After 09.00 on Friday March 17^th)

All funds are fully committed, and we can no longer offer any alterations to bookings, refunds, transfers or deferrals.

Please note: All communications regarding withdrawals, alterations and referrals must be made by email to discovery.centre@growcooklearn.co.uk  Any communication made through Facebook, Messenger or any other means will not be recognised. Any requests for changes after these deadline dates will not be accepted.
