The 10 in 10 and Family 5 in 5 Challenge

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

1. You must be physically fit enough to undertake the challenge.
2. You must not take part if you have any physical illness which might result in you, or others, being put in danger. If in doubt ask your GP.
3. Each participant must pay a £39.00 non-refundable booking fee (10in10) or £35.00 (5in5). Booking fees will only be refunded if your application is not accepted.
4. You are responsible for collecting all sponsorship monies and passing them on to the event organisers promptly.
5. Each team must have an experienced leader who has experience of navigating using map and compass.
6. All teams must follow instructions from the event organisers and marshals and follow the designated route except where to do so may result in danger.
7. Instructions will be given for handling emergencies and situations where walkers wish to drop out en route and these procedures must be followed.
8. Please be considerate of other walkers and members of the public not taking part in the challenge and follow the country code.
9. Each participant must have the appropriate equipment for a challenge of this nature
10. Entrants must be 16 and over for the Annual 10in10 in June (with parent/guardian permission). 

We process the personal information provided on the lawful basis of the contract entered into for The 10 in 10 and 5 in 5 Challenge and may share your data with SiEntries and Global Payment to carry out services such as registration and payments. We also share anonymised data with the MS society and you will be given the option to share further details with the MS Society when you register to receive full support for your fundraising.
