Vitus Gravity Enduro Ireland 2023
Founded in 2011, the Vitus Gravity Enduro Ireland Series is the original enduro mountain bike racing series in Ireland. The format is relaxed and fun; amazing trails and the perfect combination of competition and a great day on the bikes with your mates!
Format
The series has evolved many times over the years and for 2023 there are now two formats!
'Mashup' race
- 3 stages in any order
- As many time as you like
- Best run on each stages counts
- All categories
- Entry fee €55
‘Classic’ race
- Saturday practice
- 5 stages in order
- 1 run counts, no repeats
- All categories
- Entry fee €75
Categories - Riders are divided into age categories as below. The online system automatically sets your category when you input your date of birth.
- Youth (12-13)
- Under 17 (14-16)
- Under 21 (17-20)
- Senior (21-29)
- Master (30-39)
- Veteran (40-49)
- Super Veteran (50+)
- E-bike (19+)
- Hardtail (14+)
- Pro (Classic only – Sunday)
- Women
- Women 40+
Registration
Entry closes on Thursday before each event at 10pm. Each event is limited to 250 places.
When you enter, you must input your valid Cycling Ireland licence number or else purchase an event licence for €20 (this is valid for both days if entering the Mashup & Classic). Finally, you can select your race depart time from the drop down menu. This is the time you leave the race village to take on the course!

If you have your own SPORTident Active Timing Card (SIAC), enter the number during the entry process to receive a discount of €4.00 from the entry price of each round. You can purchase a SIAC from the SPORTident UK website here, or here to personalise the colour and number. Remember to bring it with you to the event!

If you are entering anyone else in this event ask them for their SiEntries ID (not the same as their SI-Card number). If they have not registered, please ask them to do so by visiting www.sientries.co.uk. Once you have their SiEntries ID, surname and postcode, you will be able to enter them without needing to type in any of their personal details.
Entering an under-18 rider
The parent/guardian needs to register and be logged in as themselves. When making the entry either select the under-18 from the Person to Enter drop-down box if you have previously made an entry for then, otherwise select 'Somebody already registered with SiEntries' or 'Somebody not registered with SiEntries' as applicable.
