Frosty Triple Series 2021

Celebrating the festive period in style, Tri-Island Running bring you their 5th annual triple event. We have now introduced four individual distances to each day so we can offer something for everyone. Lets enjoy the christmas spirit with this great winter festival of running.

Each main race will start at 9.30 am and there will be a 6 hour cut-off for those taking part in the marathon distance. The 1 mile fun run will take place at 9am each day.

All runners will receive a bespoke Frosty Triple medal and a goody bag.

For those running all 3 days, a unique Frosty Triple T-shirt will also be presented after Day 3’s race.

The course will be on flat, well marked routes with indoor facilities and toilet access at start and finish areas. The locations of each event are detailed below:

Day 1: Rampside Ramble (1) - Rampside Village Hall LA13 0PY
Marathon will be 4 laps
Half marathon will be 2 laps
10km will be 1 lap
5km will have be a marked out course.

Day 2: Rampside Rush - Rampside Village Hall LA13 0PY
Marathon will be 4 laps
Half marathon will be 2 laps
10km will be 1 lap
5km will have be a marked out course.

Day 3: Rampside Ramble (2) - Rampside Village Hall LA13 0PY
Marathon will be 4 laps
Half marathon will be 2 laps
10km will be 1 lap
5km will have be a marked out course.

£9.00 Discount for those doing all three marathons
£5.00 Discount for those doing all three Half marathons
£4.80 Discount for those doing all three 10 Kms
£3.60 Discount for those doing all three 5 Kms
