A Kilometer of Vert in Kernow - the 'KVK' is the first and only Vertical ascent based race in the South West. Two laps of a specifically designed course to reach the magic number of 1000m (a Kilometer!) of ascent in 15 mile total distance.
Enter the KVK Team relay race with a friend and split the full race - in half each! One of you starts, does one full lap of the figure of 8 route then swaps with your Team member for them to do the other figure of eight loop. A total of 7.5 miles each.

The Sid Valley Ring Half Marathon follows the newly created Sid Valley Ring walking route. The route follows quiet back lanes and footpaths through picturesque villages, woodlands and sections of coast path.
Competitors must complete the 4.1-mile loop on the hour every hour until only one runner remains. The DNF bell will be sounded exactly on the hour - there will be only one athlete who does not receive a DNF and they will be crowned the champ!

The Rainow 5 is a trail/fell race on the edge of the Peak District and tackles a hilly 5 mile route taking in White Nancy and the Kerridge ridge. Teas and cakes served post race. All proceeds from this race are donated to local charities.

This is a gem of a race with steep climbs, rough moor and few paths. After navigating round the hill for 12 miles the final 2 miles gives runners a chance to really 'let go' - as it's all downhill to the finish!
10km and 850m climb. This is a technically challenging race, good levels of fitness are required (50 min for 10k) and navigational skills, in particular if the weather is poor or turns poor quickly (as has happened in the past)

The Duddon Valley Fell Races are category A fell races around the peaks at the head of the Duddon Valley, with the Long covering 18miles and 6000ft of climb and the Short 10mi/3000ft. Navigational ability and proper kit essential.
Probably the best 10k in the World… Stunning location for a race, this place has to be seen! Starting and finishing on one of the best beaches in Cornwall, the 10k trail race then does a stunning coastal loop of Pentire headland!

Run from the foot of the highest mountain in the UK to the top, then back again. Open to all amateurs aged 18 or over on 1st January. The event takes place at 1pm from New Town Park, Claggan, Fort William.
Cronkley Fell Race is a 17km route across the scenic fells of Upper Teesdale, with over 560 meters of climbing. Running parallel to the River Tees itself, it is an out and back route, beginning and finishing in the quiet hamlet of Holwick.
The DR40 is the spectacular finale to the series, starting and finishing in the heart of Raydale alongside the stunning Semerwater.

A fully marked ultra on nice underfoot, runnable scenic trails. The route heads into Sherwood Forest to take in Robin Hoods homeland before returning back to South Wheatley. A relatively flat run with mild undulations make it a 'fast' course.

The Downslink Ultra is a 38 mile Ultra point to point race from St Martha’s Hill, Surrey to Shoreham- by-Sea, West Sussex using the Downslink footpath and bridleway. The trail crosses the Low Weald and mostly follows two former railway lines.
Trail race starting from Mount Hawke cricket club at 11am the race takes in some coast path around Chapel Porth and back towards Porthtowan before a loop around Tywarnhayle mine. Spectacular views!

A 50 mile race to compliment the Dartmoor Way Full Circle 100 mile event. The DW Granite 50 skirts the eastern section of the Moor and crosses several sections of open moorland. There is a maximum time allowance of 16 hours.
Competitors set off on the hour every hour to complete the 4.167 mile loop. Complete the loop within the hour to enter the next hour or become a DNF. All competitors will DNF until the last person to finish a loop by themselves is crowned the champion!
