Set in the beautiful venue of Fell Foot Park, these sessions are ideal for swimmers wanting to gain confidence in open water swims, or for regular open water swimmers wanting some open water practice in a group session and a great way to get swimming fit.

Catch the historic stream train along the shores of Llyn Tegid, Wales’ largest natural lake, to start your swim! Surrounded by beautiful mountain ranges, the lake has suberb views and plenty of wildlife to spot along the way.
A course for both breaststroke swimmers looking to learn the fundamentals of front crawl and front crawl swimmers looking to improve their stroke efficiency & technique. It is a 90 minute session including a theory session and the practical in open water

This is Introduction session to Wild Swimming , starting at the beautiful Fell Foot Park at the bottom of Windermere and swimming down from the lake towards the river Kent. Swimmers are always amazed at the beautiful scenery & wildlife.

All aboard the swim train! Catch the narrow gauge train to the end of Llyn Padarn to start your swim for a truly unique experience! With the spectacular backdrop of Snowdonia there are distance options from 500m to 9km!

Starting and finishing at two stunning venues. Starting from the beautiful and sheltered Fell Foot Park at the southern end of Windermere the 11 mile swim takes you to the finish at the North East point of the lake at Borrans Park.
Galloway Activity Centre will host the exciting Loch Ken Night swim as part of the annual charity event in support of the Galloway Mountain Rescue Team
The historic Kessock Ferry Swim is Àban's main annual fundraising event. Our event follows the classic route - approximately 1200m out-and-back across the tidal narrows between South Kessock and North Kessock.
Galloway Activity Centre will host the annual Loch Ken Wild Swim. This event will run throughout the day with options to enter the 500m, 1km, 2km or 4km swims or kids 100m swim.
