A full day workshop focused on front crawl technique. Going back to basics you will learn efficient technique - including body position, rotation, breathing, stroke timing and catch. There will also be video analysis/feedback and swim specific pilates.
November 2019
Starting with a rocket swimmers can race or leisurely complete one lap (500m) of the quarry. This should be long enough for you to experience the beauty of night swimming in the safe secure surroundings of the quarry.
December 2019

Set in beautiful Llyn Padarn, Llanberis with views of ice covered Mount Snowdon, The Welsh Winter Swim will include individual races of 50-250m and a tough 500m endurance challenge.

Catch the historic stream train along the shores of Llyn Tegid, Wales’ largest natural lake, to start your swim! Surrounded by beautiful mountain ranges, the lake has suberb views and plenty of wildlife to spot along the way.
This is a wild swim in semi darkness with only your glow sticks and the lights on the buoys to guide you… 'Pure Swimming' at its finest….
July 2020
The course explores the surrounding area of Semer Water, rising above the water at three locations giving you some splendid views of the Dales. An ideal first time swim run event, enabling you to test out those swim run wet suits and trainers.
All aboard the swim train! Catch the narrow gauge train to the end of Llyn Padarn to start your swim for a truly unique experience! With the spectacular backdrop of Snowdonia there are distance options from 1.3km to 9km!
Semer Water is something of a hidden gem, quite literally, as it's hidden over the fells from the busy village of Hawes! It feels like a really wild environment to swim in and thanks to our water safety team this is a great way to experience Semer Water.
September 2020
Ballgally Beach Swim - Distances - 1.2 Mile, 2.4 Mile and 3.1 Mile
Galloway Activity Centre will host the annual Loch Ken Wild Swim on Saturday 12th September. This event will run throughout the day with options to enter the 1km, 2km or 4km swims or kids 100m splash and waterpark swim.
Starting and finishing at two stunning venues, Fell Foot Park and Brathay, the 2019 event will be just as impressive as last year, with 220 heroic swimmers benefiting from a truly unforgettable endurance swimming experience.
