A Wednesday evening fell race in the South-West Pennines. Blackstone Edge is a category AS Fell Race, covering 5.6km with 366m climb.
White, Yellow, Orange and Light Green courses at Tor Wood, Aldourie - a lovely mature wood, with a mix of pine and deciduous trees. There is a good path network with some steep slopes near the start, on the south side of An Torr, overlooking Loch Ness.

The Bosun is first mate to The CapTEN and it's younger sibling. 10k instead of 10 miles. The Bosun still takes in the highlights of The CapTEN, Thorncombe Beacon and Golden Cap, two of the crown jewels of the South West Coast Path and Jurassic Coastline.
2nd event in the SROC Summer Series. Each event has two 'sprint' (or short) courses, with start times for the first course between 18.00 and 18.30.
Courses from White to Green at Cawdor Woods, on Cawdor Castle Woods. Cawdor Wood is a lovely mature open woodland with a scattering of pine areas and is part of the castle grounds. There is a good path network and some areas of complex contours.
Spring Series Event – Holme Fell is north of Coniston. Intricate contour and rock detail in a mix of natural woodland and open fell.

This is a road ultra marathon, starting by the Cuan at Strangford, runners will follow the coast towards Killyleagh, Whiterock, Comber, Newtownards, Kircubbin and finish at Portaferry. It’s 0.6 miles by ferry but we will take the scenic route which is 54!
Part of SEOUL and UKUL. Based around the “Alive Lynnsport” leisure complex (North Lynn) with all facilities included. The area comprises a variety of different types of housing estate, with small alley ways. Most of the course is on hard surfaces.
Pick and Mix your distance by combining routes of 12, 8, 6 & 5 mile routes. The walk follows mainly field paths, tracks, woods & streams, through undulating country side with good views from the hills traversed of the Chilterns.

This is absolute gem of a 10k route, starting and ending in Druridge Bay Country Park. The run is on gravel tracks, grass, tarmac and firm sand, along the beautiful Druridge Bay beach. The Junior run is once around the paths of the Druridge Bay Lake.

The Midnight Mountain Marathon is no ordinary marathon. Set in the breathtaking Brecon Beacons, the course takes you through forests, over streams, past waterfalls and up mountains.
The Norn Iron 100 mile Ultra. Running along the iconic Ulster Way, the Causeway Coast, Giants Causeway and the Sperrins. Starting in Ballycastle, finishing in Gortin, this is a Multi-terrain course, including bogland, trail, forestry, road and beach.

The Grindleford Fell Race takes place over a 4.5 miles route starting on the playing fields. The route takes you up through Hay Wood, the Longshore Estate and back through Padley Gorge. Start 19:30.

The Altra West Highland Way Race is a 95 mile ultra marathon along the route of the West Highland Way. It starts at Milngavie Station and finishes in Fort William. There is a time limit of 35 hours. Adequate relevant experience is needed to enter.
Guided trail running following the route of the Settle to Carlisle Railway. Starting at Ribblehead run to Garsdale. Finish at the Moorcock Inn 1 mile from station. Return to Ribblehead by train.

In the heart of the Peak District, Great Longstone Chase is a 7.7 km race that climbs a total of 290m onto Longstone Edge with stunning views. The runs starts at 6.30 p.m. from the recreation ground in the middle of the village.
