Use overflow car park as directed.  Note height restriction of 2m.  Oversized vehicles to self park in Leisure centre parking.

Start and finish are 10 mins walk from car park.  Follow tapes. Return by same route to download at leisure centre. Use main entrance and room is immediately on the right. You must return to Download even if you retire.

NOTE,  Green, Blue and Brown courses also use quite residential streets. There is a road crossing to adjoining woodland. We do not anticipate a heavy flow of traffic. Crossing may be marshaled and cross as directed. If there is no marshal and you are unconfident of crossing here, head downhill to Zebra crossing and cross safely.

Blue and Brown courses are double sided maps.

If entering on the day or hiring dibbers go to room in Leisure centre before your run. Please note that we only have room access from 10am so if arriving early, be patient whilst we set up.

Enjoy your run.
