CHIG: 60th Anniversary - Sprint Event - Final Details

 Car parking

Car parking will be at The BAPS Shri Swaminarawan Mandir temple car park, signed at the roundabout approximately 200m north of Chigwell school. Please park responsibly in the marked spaces as this will not be marshalled. Do not park at the school as there are other people using school facilities on the event day.

There will be a taped route to the school - approximately 5 minutes walk . Please cross Chigwell High Road at the traffic islands adjacent to the roundabout.

Follow the tapes into the school ( please do not enter the competition area.) and to the right and behind the Sport and Wellness Centre. 

The start and finish are located here. A clothing dump is available.

Continue following the tapes around the school buildings to a large marquee. This is where registration, key drop and download are located and an area where you can leave your belongings. Toilets are located nearby. Please do not use the toilets in the Sport and Wellness centre.

Public transport

Chigwell underground station (Central line)  is approximately 15 minutes walk along High Road to Chigwell School main entrance. Please do not try to access Chigwell school  via any earlier access points. Please check beforehand for any engineering works on the Central line.

Cycling.

There is availability to leave bicycles on the school site. Please ask the event organiser on the day.
