REGISTRATION OPENS 9AM. RACE START TIME 11am

Follow signs to Lupton fields parking, NO other parking available, cash donations to Mountain Rescue appreciated.

Walk 10min to Peoples Hall Registration – Opens 9am-10:45am

EVERY SINGLE PERSON TO BE KIT CHECKED – FULL FRA KIT (Drink recommended)

Collect number. NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY VISIBLE

 IF you collect your number but by 11am decide to not start you MUST inform HQ

Visit Pete Bland Van BEFORE you race, the van will NOT be available after the race

Congregate on football field of Peoples Hall 10:50am for mandatory count

Have a great, enjoyable, safe, competitive race

EVERY SINGLE RUNNER MUST REPORT TO FINISH, WHETHER CUT OFF, DNF, BLOWN UP, INJURED, HOBBLING.....REPORT TO A MARSHAL IF YOU CANT MAKE IT BACK.....PLEASE

• DRINK IN THE RACE BEFORE YOU THINK YOU NEED TO
• PACE YOURSELF
• BE SENSIBLE PLEASE, DO NOT PUT YOURSELF OR OTHERS AT RISK
• KNOW YOUR OWN LIMITS

Race to be run under FRA Rules

Prize Presentation to be around 3:15pm. Please attend.

There will be cakes and soft drinks, please bring small cash and own drinks cup

Proceeds from refreshment sales to Mountain Rescue

Cut offs (below) strongly enforced – it is YOUR responsibility to get back and report back to HQ.

This is a race not a challenge.

• CP 4 Bowderdale 2hr 50min
• Finish 5hrs

Sorry no dogs on any playing field or inside Peoples Hall (this is requested by the property owners)
