You Are Re-Using Your Race Number Board For The Entire Series
If you took part in a previous round, YOU MUST REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR NUMBER BOARD TO THIS EVENT.  If you forget to bring your number board, there is a charge of £5 at Registration.

Key Sunday Times

• Gates open at 06:30 on Sunday morning
• Registration opens at 07:45
• Marshal brief (at registration) 08:15
• Rider briefing 09:00 (outside registration)
• Riders start 09:30 (immediately after rider briefing)
• Stages close 15:00
• Presentation 16:00
  

Food At Registration 
Fresh quality butchers burgers available on the Saturday night from 18:00 and the bar will be open. Bacon, sausages etc will be available from 07:15 on the Sunday morning for breakfast. 

Camping & Track Walk
Gates will be open from 14:00 on Saturday. Please park sensibly.  You can walk the tracks on Saturday afternoon.
Rules: No fires, Please lift BBQs off the ground. Dogs are welcome please pick up after your dog. Horses will be in the field afterwards. Quiet hours from 22:30. Please respect the locals or you may be asked to leave.

Car Parking
When pulling into the field, take care to not over rev the engine and spin the wheels. 

Mashup Course, Helmets & Etiquette
Six stages that you can repeat as many times as you like in any order.  The best time on each stage is added together to create your result.

Helmets must be worn at all times while riding a bike. 

At a previous event a small group of riders were being abusive to marshals and riders. Please be polite and friendly to marshals and other riders. If I receive a report of abuse to marshals or other riders, you may be asked to leave the venue.

We suggest you setup this link on your phone before you start the event. We hope to provide live times for stages on your phone.  However, the mobile signal was quite poor at the previous round, especially with so many people using mobile bandwidth.  If this is the case, the online results you see will unfortunately be incomplete.  But don't be concerned because when you return to Registration, we will collect all the data from your SIAC (timing chip) and provide you with a summary of times for all your attempts at the stages and your results online with be complete.  

At the end of the event when you hand in your SIAC (timing chip) we will provide a printout that shows a summary of times for all your attempts at the stages. You'll see a QR Code on the bottom of the printout and if you scan it with your phone, online results will appear, mobile or WiFi permitting. 

You must hand in your SIAC before you leave the venue, otherwise there will be a charge of £60.  These devices are valuable.
