PLEASE READ THIS. THE TIME SLOTS ARE DESIGNED TO STOP QUEUES AND SPACE OUT RUNNERS. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THE QUEUE IF YOU ARE NOT DUE TO GO IN THE NEXT WAVE. IF THERE IS NO QUEUE WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO LET YOU GO. WHEN IT IS YOUR TURN PLEASE BE READY TO RUN STRAIGHT AWAY. THANK YOU
Your route description will be issued to you on the day.
Please come prepared to run in bad weather with waterproof jacket, warm layers, and fully charged mobile phone with race director’s number saved (Charlie Knight - 07905 657959). Carry plenty of water and arrive with bottles full.
There are toilet facilities in the village hall.
Registration/Start/Finish - Please park in the village hall car park if there is space. When car park is full, please park considerately in the village. Please arrive at registration FIVE minutes before your Start Time (no earlier) with all your race kit, ready to start. Leave everything else in your car and leave nothing at the Start/Finish. Don't forget your phone.
Drinks - NO drinks will be provided on the course or at the finish. Please carry your own water.
After You Finish - Please sign out at the village hall so we know you have finished safely and will be included in the race results. Results will be posted on our Facebook page shortly after the event.
