Final Details for the 2025 Saunders Lakeland Mountain Marathon are now available in our Competitors’ Guide.

We are now taking orders for drinks for delivery at the overnight camp, with a full menu in the Competitors’ Guide- go to your Si entry, edit and pay the new balance. Podium Events will be providing catering on Friday and Saturday morning with menus and prices listed via those links. We do not have a bar but competitors who want to drink on the Friday can order additional supplies on the SiEntries site and then choose whether to drink them on the Friday or have them brought to the overnight camp. Uncollected drinks will be sold on Saturday for cash (no credit cards taken).
If you did not order a T-shirt you may regret it when you see how good they look. If you think you might change your mind then bring cash (£15 per t-shirt) as we will have some surplus available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The event is now full and the new system of allowing limited cancellations (subject to total entries not falling below 570) and re-entry is working well. We have had 30 teams cancel and all those places quickly filled. We will now be extending this option right up to the original closing date of 22nd June.
The only way to find if there are places or refunds is to visit the SiEntries site - please do not email me with requests to jump the queue as nobody will get preferential treatment.
Pete Bland Sports will be our retailer at the 2025 event, a partnership that has existed since the late 70’s. As always, they will be onsite for the event weekend 4th to 6th July, and look forward to seeing all competitors across the three days.
In the meantime, they have a specific code for all runners who are competing, this can be used online and in-store and we hope you take advantage of this in the lead up to the event. Please use code SLMM10 online which entitles you to a further 10% discount on what is already some very competitive pricing (free postage on all orders). In-store quote the above code and the staff will also apply the same 10% discount, offer ends Monday 30th June 2025, and will not be applicable at the event.
