The Tough Trough Cycle Sportives are one of the North West’s most rewarding cycling challenges — stunning scenery, steep climbs, fast descents, and an unforgettable atmosphere. This year, you can take on the route with purpose by securing a charity place and riding as part of Team Christie.
Your miles will help fund life‑changing cancer care, treatment, and research at one of the UK’s leading specialist hospitals.

The Tower and Trough 97 is a challenging 97km loop which takes in the Côte de Jubilee Tower and Côte de Trough of Bowland.
Alternatively you can opt for the shorter "Rise to the Tower 54" taking you up to the Côte de Jubilee Tower and round a returning loop.
