Participants have 6 hours ( 9am-3pm) to complete as many loops as possible - There are NO time limits for The Individual Loops.

PARKING - IN AND AROUND THE VILLAGE THERE ARE NO PARKING MARTIALS PLEASE PARK WITH CONSIDERATION TO THE RESIDENTS OF PENSILVA.

Report to registration and collect your wristband before the start and running number.

Laps are approximately 1 mile each.

Follow marshal instructions at all times.

You may run, jog or walk.

Participants are responsible for registering each and every lap with the race lap counter martial (sign posted desk) If you fail to register a lap IT WILL NOT BE COUNTED - YOU RACE NUMBER MUST BE VISABLE

Hydrate regularly and be aware of weather conditions.

Gold Loop status requires 26 laps completed before 3:00pm.

Participant Responsibility

THE LOOP is a fun run challenge and not a competitive road race.

By registering for and taking part in THE LOOP, participants acknowledge that they are taking part voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit and capable of completing the challenge.

Participants take part entirely at their own risk. The event organisers, volunteers, sponsors, landowners, and associated parties will not be held liable for any accident, injury, illness, loss, damage, or personal property claim arising from participation in the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

By entering THE LOOP, participants agree to:

·        Accept full responsibility for their own safety and wellbeing.

·        Follow all instructions provided by event organisers and marshals.

·        Inform the organisers of any relevant medical conditions.

·        Conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner throughout the event.

·        Understand that participation is at their own risk.

Participant Declaration

I confirm that I have read and understood the event rules and conditions. I understand that THE LOOP is a fun run challenge and that I participate entirely at my own risk. I accept responsibility for my own health, safety, and wellbeing during the event and agree that the event organisers shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of my participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
