The Ikea Marathon, our brand new race for 2026.
After a lot of work we have finally pulled it off, our most unique marathon to date.
Get ready for an unforgettable running experience through an actual IKEA store, taking place on the 13th December 2026, the event will be run entirely inside the store we will not be filling it up with the car park or outside areas, think running up the travelator, along aisles and through the tills kind of experience.
The race will be at the Croydon IKEA store starting at 6PM.
Limited to 100 places with 80 going on general sale.
Please note you there will be no spectators allowed due to the working environment please bare this in mind before entering.
The route will be multi lapped to make up the 26.2 miles.
Our Usual aid station will be taken over with a Swedish theme….Maybe meatballs or Lingonberry sandwiches !!!
Bespoke self assembly marathon medal and a finishers unique t shirt.

6 Hour cut off. Sorry but this is a hard cut off as this a working environment so we can not let anyone carry on like we usually do.
16% of all proceeds will be donated to Shelter charity.
