The Good Race

When you enter The Good Race, nominate an organisation that would be able to bring a group of deserving young people to Mount Cook Adventure Centre, and they'll be in with the chance of winning 100% of the race profits as a voucher that they can use to book a trip to this Gold Standard not-for-profit outdoor adventure centre.

Sounds great, right? Well it gets better, because this stunning circular 10km (ish) trail race takes place during the Mount Cook 10-year anniversary celebrations.

Starting outside of Mount Cook on the High Peak Trail, our signs and marshals will guide you on a scenic route through grassy fields, shady lanes, and sandy moors, taking in some of the finest trails this part of Derbyshire has to offer, with a gently undulating 280m of elevation.

At the finish line, you'll find festival vibes as the Mount Cook Adventure Centre 10-year anniversary party gets underway. It's a great opportunity to tie in a race with a family day out as there will be food and drink to purchase, as well as the chance to leap from their rooftop Zip Wire, learn about bushcraft skills, and take part in more great outdoor activities for a very reasonable £15 per person for three activities.

This really is a great day out for a good cause, so get signed up to The Good Race today.
