The Area & Course

One of our all-in-daylight Spring evening series.  This one will be a good mix - exploring the cut-throughs in the urban / residential areas along with the many green spaces in the area including parkland and surprisingly rural paths & trails. You can expect some great road AND off-road running / walking - gently undulating.  A mixture of underfoot conditions from tarmac to off-road paths*.  There will be something for everyone and even locals will likely discover new paths and places!

Hope you will come along and give it a go.  *total absence of mud can not be guaranteed!
