Entry List, Results & Photos available at https://runeatsleep.co.uk/10mile2026/
Join us for a special milestone as the South Shields 10 Mile celebrates its 10th anniversary! Taking place along the stunning coastline of South Shields, this event has earned its place as a firm favourite in the North East running calendar. It's the perfect benchmark of fitness ahead of the Great North Run in September.
Renowned for its friendly, supportive atmosphere, we welcome runners of all abilities—from seasoned club athletes to first-time 10-milers.
Thank You!
A huge thank you for supporting Run Eat Sleep, your local running club and small business. This event is brought to life entirely by a team of local runners, friends, and volunteers—we couldn’t do it without them!
