*BO, IOA or IOF Clubs For families and friends going round together, you only need to enter one name per map & SI Card is required. You can amend the "group name" at Registration on the day if you want. **If you are entering a family of individual runners and it comes to more than the amount in the table then please contact the organiser after you have paid for the individual Senior, or Junior/Student entries and we will refund the difference. Parents accompanying children go free. SI timing card hire is free but are charged at a replacement cost of £30 if lost. |

LVO Club Champs - If you wish to be deemed competitive within the LVO Club Championships you must enter the correct course colour relating to your AgeClass. It will be assumed that you are running your default AgeClass for that colour. Participants who choose to run up a course or class MUST THEN DECLARE which AgeClass they are competing in by emailing the event organiser no later than midnight on Wednesday 17 June.
Withdrawals and Refunds: Any requests for refunds submitted before the closing date for each event will be minus £3 per person plus up to £5 per meal ordered to cover our non-recoverable costs.
Event Cancellation: Should we have to cancel the event we will refund the entry fee minus £3 per competitor plus up to £5 per meal ordered to cover our non-recoverable costs.
