NAV4: Into The Night...and the Journey to Dawn
Darkness leads to Dawn and a new day, but managing your skills and progress over night is a crucial skill in any overnight Ultra. This course starts with the basics and builds your trail skills, adding strategies to build confidence and enhance your progress.
It's a perfect following on from the afternoon #GuBu sessions, but based outdoors, so think headtorches, navigation, mindset, sleep strategy, emergency procedures #smj and overall performance.
This session is part of our 'Gearing Up for Big Ultras' weekend and follows on from the afternoon's #GuBU session.
This session runs from 6:00pm - 10:00pm
All the courses are based from our regular venue, Askham Community Centre.
Quality tutoring from the NAV4 team and an excellent 4:1 client / tutor ratio. With decades of experience and excellent teaching and coaching skills. Maps, compasses, and demo headtorches are available if you need them.
